CANCELLATION POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops any future recurring charges. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Unused subscription keys expire immediately on cancellation. Key carry-over from month to month is a benefit of an active subscription. When your subscription is cancelled, lapses, or is terminated for any reason, all unused subscription keys on your account are forfeited without refund or compensation. Keys purchased individually (outside of a subscription) are not affected and remain on your account.

Models you have already unlocked with a key remain available for download from your account dashboard after cancellation.

Downgrades are not possible. You cannot switch an active subscription to a lower tier. To move to a lower tier, you must cancel your current subscription (thereby forfeiting any unused subscription keys) and subscribe to the desired tier as a new subscription after your current paid period ends.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (e.g., the date of subscription or key purchase).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LeHa Design GmbH, Gadenweith 15, 2565 Neuhaus, Austria, Email: hello@lehadesign.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., STL files, 3MF files, subscription key allocations) if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have:

• Expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• Acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by providing such consent as soon as the performance of the contract has begun.

In practical terms, this means:

• If you have already unlocked a model (i.e., used a key to access an STL/3MF file), performance has begun and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase or subscription. No refund is possible.
• If you have NOT unlocked any model yet and are still within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may withdraw from the contract and receive a refund. To do so, you must complete the Model Withdrawal Form below and send it to us by email at hello@lehadesign.at before the 14-day period expires. Once we verify that no models have been unlocked, we will process your refund in accordance with the "Effects of Withdrawal" section above.
